FIRST EUCHARIST 

This sacrament is the source of great graces that sanctify us and help us grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ.

First Eucharist at St Anne's in 2023

• Preparation evening                     April 26(Wednesday 6.30pm at Church)
• Mass attendance weeks               May6/7, 13/14, 20/21, 27/28, June 3/4, 10/11
• Workbooks return                        June 12 (Monday)
• Workbooks correcting                  June 13-16
• Celebration dates                         July 22/23, 29/30 Aug 5/6,12/13

Families who can't go on these dates can go for any Tuesdayor Thursday 6pm Mass in June.

First Eucharist celebration is organised only upon the successful completion of the program.

Confirmation

• Brings an increase and deepening of baptismal grace;
• Roots us more deeply in the divine childhood which makes us cry 'Abba'!
• Unites us more firmly to Christ;
• Increases the gifts of the Holy Spirit in us;
• Renders our bond with the Church more perfect;
• Gives us a special strength of the Holy Spirit to spread and defend the faith by word and action as true witnesses of Christ, to confessthe name of Christ boldly, and never to be ashamed of the Cross

STOLES FOR SACRAMENTS 

A Stole is to be worn during the Sacraments.  The Stole can be individual to the child or a family Stole.  The Stole can be hand made or purchased through our supplier. 

HOLY BEGINNINGS supplies the Stoles for the Parish. An order form will be sent home with children. 

HOLY BEGINNINGS can be contacted directly if you wish to order your stole independently.
